If a live camera is not loading or a blinking sun appears persistently, the cause may be with your internet connection, the device you are using, or the live camera itself.
First, check whether only a specific live camera or all live cameras are affected. If other live cameras are working, the camera in question may be temporarily unavailable.
On the website
- Check your internet connection: Try opening another website or switch to a different network.
- Update your browser: Make sure you are using a current version of your browser.
- Disable blocking extensions: Try disabling ad and content blockers, VPN connections, DNS filters or strict tracking protection features.
- Use a different browser: Try opening the live camera in a different browser or in a private window.
- Clear browser data: If the problem persists, delete the cache and cookies for Weather24 and reload the page.
In the app
- Check your internet connection: Try switching between WiFi and mobile data.
- Update the app: Check the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to see if a new version is available.
- Disable network filters: Try disabling VPN connections, ad blockers, DNS filters or security apps.
-
Clear cache on Android: Go to
Settings → Apps → Weather24 → Storage → Clear cache. - Reinstall the app: If no live cameras are working and the steps above do not help, reinstall the app. This may result in the loss of locally saved settings.
If the problem persists
It is best to send us a message directly from the app:

Please tell us which live camera or location is affected and provide us with:
