Premium is active, but I still see adverts

If you have an active Premium subscription and still see adverts in the Weather24 app, the purchase may not have been recognised correctly by the app yet. Please follow the steps below in order.

1. Check your subscription in the app store

   First, check that your Premium subscription is active and that you are logged in with the account through which you purchased it.

   Android: Open Google Play and check under "Payments and subscriptions" → "Subscriptions" to see if the Weather24 subscription is active.

   iOS: Open your device settings, tap your name and then tap "Subscriptions". Check there to see if the Weather24 subscription is active.

2. Update and restart the app

   Check in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to see if a new version of the Weather24 app is available.

   Update the app if necessary. Then close it completely and open it again. If needed, also restart your device.

3. Restore purchases on iOS

   If you are using an iPhone or iPad, open the Premium section in the Weather24 app and tap "Restore purchases".

   Make sure you are logged in with the Apple ID through which the subscription was purchased.

4. Check Google Play on Android

   Make sure you are logged into the Google Play Store with the Google account through which you purchased the subscription.

   If Premium is still not being recognised, you can clear the Google Play Store cache. The menu path may vary depending on your device and is often:

   Settings → Apps → Google Play Store → Storage → Clear cache

   Then restart the Weather24 app.

If adverts continue to be displayed

If your subscription is active according to Google Play or Apple and adverts still appear, please contact our support team.

Please provide the following information if possible:

• device and operating system used,
• installed version of the Weather24 app,
• purchase platform – Google Play or Apple App Store,
• a screenshot of the active subscription,
• a screenshot of the adverts still being displayed and
• the troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
