Weather24 offers a specialised allergy forecast that helps allergy sufferers accurately track pollen loads and allergen types in their region. This feature supports you in planning your outdoor activities better and minimising allergic complaints, so you can enjoy your time outdoors more comfortably and safely.
How to access the pollen forecast
- Visit https://www.weather24.co.uk/
- Open the "Health" section in the navigation.
- Select "Pollen Forecast".
- On the overview page, you will see the current pollen load. You can also select a pollen type and view the display for a different day.
- Enter a location or postcode in the search field.
- Select the appropriate location from the search results.
What information is displayed for a location?
After selecting a location, you will be taken to the regional pollen forecast. There you will find:
- the pollen types active in the region,
- an overview of all available pollen types,
- the expected load for the coming seven days,
- a classification of the load into the levels "None", "Low", "Elevated" and "High" as well as
- further information on individual pollen types.
Using the "Active pollen types" and "All pollen types" sections, you can switch between the respective views. Individual pollen types can be expanded to display additional information.
Tips for optimal use of the allergy forecast
- Use the forecast in the morning to plan your day better and identify potential allergy triggers early.
- Combine the pollen-related information with our weather forecasts to get a comprehensive picture of your day plan.
- If you take allergy medications, align their use with the predicted pollen loads.
